1. Operator and scope

Unpool by Monarda is operated by MONARDA MEDIATIONS PTY LTD, ABN 31 679 817 639, ACN 679 817 639, active and GST-registered. Business address: To be advised. Support and complaints contact: To be advised. Insurer: To be advised. Use your existing safe Monarda contact arrangement until verified contacts are supplied. These terms govern an administrative property-settlement disclosure-preparation platform, not a court or separate professional engagement. Real-client intake and unverified services remain locked; legal-page publication is not client-release approval.

2. Individual acceptance and age

You must be 18 or older, use your own account and affirmatively accept the version presented to you. A co-parent cannot accept for another person. Children must not register. Viewing a page is not acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the account service and request a non-platform alternative through your existing safe Monarda arrangement. Separate FDR or professional engagements require their own scope, safety/suitability assessment, confidentiality explanation, fees and terms.

3. No advice, valuation or outcome guarantee

Unpool organises information, working figures and preparation. It does not provide legal, financial or tax advice, valuations, court decisions, recommended legal percentages or guaranteed mediation/court outcomes. A working schedule or agreement-in-principle is not a binding settlement or court order. Obtain appropriate independent advice before acting, transferring assets or signing. The practitioner does not independently audit, authenticate or value every record unless separately engaged to do so.

4. Accuracy, completeness and lawful possession

You remain responsible for full, accurate, authentic and current disclosures required in your circumstances, lawful possession/submission of documents and compliance with applicable disclosure duties. Identify estimates, missing records and disputes, correct known errors promptly and retain originals. A completeness score, upload status or technical receipt is not certification of legal disclosure. Do not submit forged, malicious or unlawfully obtained material or information you have no authority to provide. Minimise children's and third-party information; an account does not entitle you to access a former partner's accounts.

5. Calculations, extraction and AI

Working calculations depend on supplied values and assumptions; verify ownership, dates, debts, source records and applicable tax treatment. Automated extraction and AI can omit information, misread figures, hallucinate or show bias. Check output against originals with appropriate human review; do not rely on it as advice or your only record. No real-client AI processing is enabled. Any future AI use requires verified arrangements, the current AI processing notice and a separate unselected opt-in for the described task.

6. Security and safety

Protect your password, email and device; avoid shared accounts, impersonation and attempts to bypass access controls. Notify Monarda through a safe arrangement if access is compromised. Raise safety concerns before sharing and ask about alternatives. Unpool is not an emergency service; call 000 for immediate danger when safe. Security safeguards cannot guarantee that incidents never occur and do not remove Monarda's legal duties.

7. Ownership and narrow licence

You retain your rights in submitted content and grant Monarda a non-exclusive licence only to store, display to you and process it for the authorised administrative service, and disclose exact versions to specifically authorised recipients or where law requires. Third-party rights remain with their owners. This is not a licence to sell content, advertise with it, train AI or circulate it generally. Applicable lawful retention may continue after account closure. These terms do not enable uploads.

8. Privacy and sharing

Read the privacy policy and the purpose-specific collection notice at the actual collection point. Uploads begin private and quarantined; joining a matter does not share them. Administrative roles and practitioner allocations are separate. A co-party never automatically sees private uploads. Document sharing, optional AI, recording or CRM transfer require separate information and positive action where applicable. Permission is not recipient receipt or proof of legal disclosure. Revocation can stop future authorised access but cannot recall copies already lawfully obtained. Uploading alone does not confer privilege, inadmissibility or FDR statutory confidentiality; protection depends on the applicable law, communication and professional context. Legal duties and compulsory processes may require disclosure.

9. Availability and changes

Errors, interruptions and incidents remain possible. Keep independent records and do not depend on Unpool alone for urgent deadlines. Monarda may change or restrict features for legitimate legal, safety or operational reasons, giving reasonable notice where practicable. Material terms changes require a new published version and prospective renewed acceptance. Existing snapshots and accrued rights are not rewritten; no retrospective consent is assumed.

10. Paid services

Fees and charges: To be advised. Payments are not enabled. Paid services or AI outlays require separately disclosed and agreed scope, pricing including applicable GST, billing basis, cancellation/refund arrangements and third-party costs. These terms do not authorise undisclosed fees. Professional engagements may have separate disclosed fees.

11. Statutory rights and proportionate liability

Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or another non-excludable right or remedy. Applicable service obligations, including due care and skill, remain. You are responsible for loss to the extent caused by your knowingly false or unlawfully supplied information or misuse; Monarda remains responsible to the extent required by law for its acts, omissions and failure to meet duties. Responsibility depends on causation, foreseeability, mitigation and applicable law. There is no unlawful blanket waiver, arbitrary monetary cap or indemnity for Monarda's negligence. No outcome or perfect-security guarantee is made, without removing statutory obligations.

12. Fair restriction, closure and records

Restrictions must be reasonably necessary and proportionate for credible security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach or legal duties. Give reasons, notice and an opportunity to respond/remedy where safe and practicable; urgent protective action may precede notice. Ask for review through the complaints arrangement. Closure does not automatically erase records needed for lawful retention, rights or disputes. Retention and backup deletion periods: To be advised. Subject to lawful access and safe technical arrangements, consider reasonable access or an alternative record process. Unscanned files cannot be delivered.

13. Complaints and law

Support and complaints contact: To be advised. Use your existing safe Monarda arrangement; do not send sensitive records to unverified contacts. Monarda should investigate fairly, explain reasons and relevant review/regulator options. Queensland and applicable Commonwealth Australian law govern, without removing mandatory protections or access to a competent regulator, tribunal or court. No exclusive forum provision removes rights.
