1. Actual features
No real-client AI processing is enabled. Ask Unpool and factor commentary in the fictional demonstration are simulated/educational, not a live provider service. There is no authorised AI client-question processing, document extraction or legal decision. This notice sets conditions for a later optional feature; it does not activate one.
2. Purpose, errors and human review
Before a specific feature is offered, identify its task, exact information to send, named provider/model, recipients/locations, training/retention and any agreed costs. AI can hallucinate, misread, omit information, show bias and give outdated responses. Verify against originals with human review; output is not legal, financial or tax advice, valuation, legal percentage recommendation, settlement prediction or binding agreement. Do not rely on it as your only record.
3. Arrangements still unverified
AI provider/model, processing/storage locations, training/human access/logs, retention/deletion, processors/subprocessors and fees: To be advised. No Australia-only, no-training or automatic deletion promise is made. Appropriate provider terms, privacy/security/legal review and complete notice must be verified before real information is processed. General terms acceptance or owner willingness to pay is not client consent or vendor approval.
4. Optional granular consent
Opt-in must be unselected by default and specific to the described task/data scope, not acceptance for all past/future records indefinitely. One parent cannot opt in for the other. Declining must not be bundled with required terms, marketing or document sharing. New providers, material purposes or changed scope need further information and renewed permission where applicable. Positive AI opt-in is currently unavailable because arrangements are unverified.
5. Alternatives and withdrawal
Use available non-AI administrative preparation, check figures manually or request help through your safe Monarda contact. Withdraw optional consent prospectively; stop new authorised requests once implemented. Withdrawal may not reverse completed processing, backups or lawful retention. Explain concrete deletion limits before activation. Do not enter private client information into the fictional demonstration.
6. Safeguards and accountability
Before activation minimise data, authorise task-specific access, verify the individual's current permission server-side and record content-free audit evidence. Consent does not make unsafe/unlawful arrangements lawful or remove applicable overseas disclosure and other duties. Independent review, approved arrangements and explicit technical release checks remain required.
